I am a female student aged between 14 and 21 years old and I am seeking professional guidance to achieve my fitness goals. I am happy to either have the tutor visit my home for sessions or I am willing to travel to a nearby location for classes. I am planning to start my yoga practice immediately and would like to find an experienced instructor who can focus on weight loss techniques suited to my age group.
