Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is a priority for my daughter who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group. She is eager to start learning Hatha Yoga to improve her general fitness and overall well-being. We are located in Vidyaranyapura Bangalore and are ready to start these sessions immediately. We are flexible regarding the location and are happy to either host sessions at my home or travel to a nearby studio if that is more convenient for the instructor. Finding a patient and experienced trainer who can guide a young student through these techniques is our main goal.
