Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I am looking for a Hatha Yoga instructor in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. I'm a female student, and I'm looking for someone to conduct the classes at my home (though I am willing to travel). My age group is 22-50 years old. My goals are to achieve increased energy, weight loss, stress relief, find a remedy for body pains, and improve immunity. I am planning to start yoga classes immediately.
