As a male in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am searching for an experienced instructor to guide me through a fitness routine. Since I am currently based in NR Colony, Bangalore, I prefer to attend online classes to maintain consistency in my practice. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, my primary goal is achieving general fitness.
