Developing a strong foundation in physical and mental wellness is my top priority as I focus on personal growth. I am currently seeking a professional instructor to provide guidance in Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Aerial Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Power Yoga. My goal is to achieve increased energy, improve immunity, achieve stress relief, support weight loss, and find a remedy for body pains. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am flexible regarding the mode of training and am open to lessons at my home in Electronic City, Bangalore, traveling to a studio, or joining online classes.
