At this stage of my learning, I am eager to explore the art of culinary crafts specifically focused on Chocolate Making Classes and broader Vegetarian Cooking. Being based in BTM Layout 2nd Stage Bangalore, I am happy to travel to a professional kitchen or studio to attend these sessions. Since I am in the age group of above 50 years, I am looking for a patient instructor who can guide me through these techniques at a comfortable pace. Although I am not sure exactly when I plan to start my official training, I am currently researching my options to find the right fit.
