Since I fall into the age group of above 25 yrs, I prefer a trainer who can adapt sessions to my current fitness level and personal learning pace. I am willing to travel to my home or a nearby studio for these lessons and would like to start immediately. My monthly budget for this activity is between Rs. 1000 and Rs. 3000.
