Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline for my daughter is my top priority right now. Since she falls in the 5 to 13 years age group, I am eager to find a dedicated instructor who specializes in Ashtanga Yoga to help her achieve general fitness. We are located in Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore, and I would prefer the classes to be conducted at our home to ensure she stays focused and comfortable in a familiar environment. We are planning to start these sessions immediately and hope to find someone who can engage a young learner effectively.
