I am looking for a qualified tutor to help me prepare for the IPS (Indian Police Service) Exam. I need coaching to start within a month. My preferred language of instruction is Telugu, and I'd like to have regular classes. Ideally, I'm looking for one on one/ private tutions via online video chat (skype, google hangout etc).
