Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness and physical wellness is essential for a 14 to 21 year old male student like me. I am currently focusing on stress relief through Thai Yoga and would like to find an experienced trainer to lead these sessions. These online classes need to be conducted with a focus on technique and steady progress. Because I am looking to track my growth, a certification of completion at the end of the course is a requirement. I plan to start my yoga practice within a month while based in Luksar, Bahadurgarh.
