Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group is a top priority. I am searching for a dedicated teacher to conduct Ashtanga Yoga online classes that focus on increasing his energy levels and overall wellbeing. Since we reside in Dharam Vihar, Bahadurgarh, virtual sessions are the most convenient arrangement for us. It is very important that the instructor provides training that leads to certification, as my goal is for him to eventually become a certified yoga instructor.
