I am actively looking for an experienced and certified yoga instructor to help me with Ashtanga Yoga practice. My primary goal is to find an effective remedy for body pains that I have been experiencing. I am a male student in the 14 to 21 years old age group and I am looking for someone who can provide a certificate of completion upon finishing the course. I prefer to hold these sessions at my home in Cidco Sector N 4, Aurangabad, though I am also willing to travel to your studio if that works better. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who can focus on personalized recovery techniques.
