Our goal is to focus on Yoga Meditation techniques that also support effective weight loss through consistent practice. Since we are based in the Asansol Court Area, Asansol, we prefer online classes to maintain a flexible schedule. It is important to note that we have a specific requirement for certification, as the objective is to become a certified yoga instructor eventually.
