My main purpose of yoga class is general fitness and I am looking for a professional who can guide me effectively. Since I fall in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I need a personalized approach to my practice. I am flexible with the learning format as I am open to my home sessions, traveling to a studio, or joining online classes. I live in Jigani, Anekal and I am planning to start yoga classes within a month. Although I am not sure about the preferred yoga style, I am eager to learn and grow under expert guidance.
