Since I am in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I am eager to start yoga sessions within a month to improve my general fitness levels. I am currently based in Amuldairy, Anand and prefer to attend online classes to keep my routine flexible. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions from an experienced instructor who can guide a female student effectively.
