As a female student above 50 years of age, I need someone who understands my specific physical needs and can guide me through the right practice, as I am currently not sure about which yoga style would be most effective for my condition. I am located near Amritsar Bus Stand in Amritsar and I am very flexible regarding the session delivery. I am willing to travel to your place or have you visit my home for sessions.
