Developing a strong foundation in Raja Yoga to improve my immunity, I'm looking for an instructor to guide me through an online certification course. I am a male between 22 and 50 years old, and plan to start these Yoga Classes within a month. While the preferred location is online classes, I am based in Katra Ahluwalia Hall Bazar, Amritsar, so if there's a hybrid option that could also work.
