Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness and physical health for my young son is a priority for me. I am currently seeking an experienced instructor for online classes to teach Kundalini Yoga to my male child who falls in the age group of 5 to 13 years old. My primary goal is to help him achieve increased energy and better focus through these sessions. Since we are located in Binjalpur, Ambala, I prefer the convenience of remote learning. It is also important that the instructor provides a certification of completion upon finishing the course. We are ready to start these yoga classes immediately.
