Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my priority for my son who is between 2 to 5 years old. To help him achieve better flexibility and mindfulness, I am currently searching for a qualified instructor to conduct Kundalini Yoga sessions through online classes. We are located in Vattaparambu, Aluva, but prefer the convenience of virtual learning. It is important that the sessions are tailored for a toddler and lead to a certification of completion upon finishing the course. I plan to start these sessions within a month and would appreciate finding someone experienced in working with young children.
