I am looking for a yoga teacher in Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad to conduct sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to the tutor. As a female student aged between 22 and 50 years, I am aiming to improve my immunity, boost energy levels, and achieve general fitness. I am also looking for guidance to manage body pains, enhance flexibility, support weight loss, and find relief from stress. I am open to different yoga styles as I have not yet decided on a specific one. I would like to start my classes immediately and am keen to find a dedicated professional to guide my journey.
