I am currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor to guide me through deep studies in Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra. As a student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am specifically interested in mastering Patanjali Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. I would prefer to conduct these sessions through online classes to maintain flexibility. My goal is to find someone who can explain these traditional concepts clearly and help me integrate them into my practice. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and I am based in Kachaura, Aligarh.
