Seeking Experienced Yoga Instructor for Home Classes in Aligarh City

Yoga Trainers Vacancy

I am currently looking for an experienced yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Aligarh City. As I am above 50 years of age, I need a professional who can guide me through a routine focused on general fitness and improving my overall flexibility. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions from a knowledgeable teacher who can tailor the sessions to my health needs. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately and would appreciate working with someone patient and skilled in training senior students. If you have relevant experience and are available to visit my location, please contact me to discuss your availability and session details.
