I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor in Science City, Ahmedabad for regular classes. I am a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old and I am interested in learning various styles, including Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. My primary goals for joining these sessions are stress relief, effective weight loss, and increased energy levels. I am willing to travel to my teacher's location or host classes at my home. I am ready to start my yoga practice immediately and would prefer a dedicated trainer to help me achieve these fitness objectives.
