Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Ahmedabad. I am a female, above 50 years old, and need someone for home sessions in the Mahadev Nagar Tekra area. The purpose of the yoga class is for remedy for body pains, stress relief, and general fitness. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style. I plan to start yoga classes within a month.
