To enhance my overall learning experience and physical health, I am searching for a dedicated instructor for online classes. My daughter is a young student between the age of 5 and 13 years old, and we are planning to start these sessions within a month. I am specifically interested in a comprehensive curriculum covering Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Kriya Yoga, Patanjali Yoga, Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. The primary goals for these sessions include increased energy, better flexibility, weight loss, remedy for body pains, improved immunity, general fitness, and stress relief.
