Balancing my daily responsibilities and health has become a priority. I'm looking for a yoga instructor to come to my home in Bhimjipura, Ahmedabad. I'm a female above 50 years old. My goals for yoga are varied, including a remedy for body pains, to improve immunity, for stress relief, general fitness, increased energy, and also for weight loss.
