Living in Ambli, Ahmedabad, I am looking for a professional trainer who can conduct sessions at my home for a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old. My objectives are quite comprehensive, including increased energy, better flexibility, stress relief, weight loss, and improved immunity. Furthermore, I have a keen interest in diving into the theoretical side of practice through Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies.
