I am a student in the 14 to 21 years old age group residing in Satellite Ahmedabad. My goal is to practice various styles including Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Bikram Yoga to improve my overall general fitness. Regarding the session delivery, I am flexible and comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio.
