As a male student between 22 and 50 years old living in Gurukul Ahmedabad, I am eager to start a yoga practice immediately to achieve better general fitness. Since I am not yet sure about the specific style of yoga that would suit me best, I am looking for a knowledgeable instructor who can guide me through different techniques. I am flexible regarding the venue, so I am comfortable with sessions held at my home or I am willing to travel to your location for classes.
