Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Naranpura Vistar, Ahmedabad. I'm a female in the age group of 22-50 years old and want to start immediately. My purposes for taking yoga classes include stress relief, improving immunity, achieving better flexibility, attaining general fitness, increasing energy, and weight loss.
