I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to help me with stress relief and general fitness. Since I fall into the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a trainer who can design sessions specifically tailored to my needs. Regarding the yoga style, I am not sure about the best approach, so I would appreciate a tutor who can guide me through different techniques. I am based in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad and I am willing to travel to your location or have you come to my home for the sessions. I am eager to start yoga classes immediately to improve my health.
