As a student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to start training immediately to focus on general fitness, stress relief, weight loss, and increased energy levels. I am interested in learning a variety of styles including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. The ideal tutor should be comfortable teaching a female student and have a structured approach to these diverse yoga practices.
