As a male student aged above 50 years, my primary goal is to improve my flexibility and maintain general fitness through consistent practice. I am specifically interested in learning Ashtanga Yoga and would like to find someone who can adapt the pace to suit my current fitness level. I plan to start these yoga classes within a month and am looking for a dedicated teacher who can guide me through the postures safely.
