Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness during pregnancy has become a top priority for me. I am currently seeking an experienced instructor to conduct private sessions for General Fitness focusing specifically on Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga. My age is between 22 and 50 years old, and I am keen to begin these sessions immediately. Regarding the location, I am based in Thaltej Jai Ambe Nagar, Ahmedabad and am comfortable with the sessions taking place at my home. I am also willing to travel if the location is convenient.
