As a 14 to 21 year old female student, I want to establish a strong physical foundation and learn the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga. I am based in Satellite Ahmedabad and am quite flexible regarding the mode of training. I am comfortable with online classes, willing to travel to your studio, or can arrange for sessions at my home. I am aiming to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who can guide me through consistent practice.
