Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I'm looking for a yoga instructor who can provide classes at my home in the B.P Oilmill, Agra area. I am above 50 years old and interested in yoga mainly for general fitness, weight loss, and as a remedy for body pains. I'm not sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best, so I'm open to suggestions. I plan to start immediately.
