I am looking for a yoga instructor in Agra to help me with general fitness and weight loss, and also as a remedy for body pains and to improve immunity. I am a female in the age group of 22-50 years old. I prefer yoga classes at my home, but I am also willing to travel. I'm not sure about the specific Yoga Style, so I am open to suggestions.
