As I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I want a professional who can design a customized routine to help me reach my health goals. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to expert recommendations that best suit my body. Regarding the location, I am based in Rakabganj Chhipitola, Agra, and I am comfortable with sessions held at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio.
