I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga teacher to guide me in my fitness journey. I need a tutor who can provide training in Kriya Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga to help me with stress relief, increased energy, improved immunity, general fitness, and providing a remedy for body pains. I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old and prefer sessions at my home in Kamla Nagar Balkeshwar Colony, Agra, though I am willing to travel for the right instructor. As a female student, I am eager to begin these classes immediately to improve my overall health.
