Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority, which is why I am searching for an experienced instructor to conduct Iyengar Yoga sessions. Since my son falls in the 5 to 13 years old age group, it is important that the sessions are engaging and specifically tailored to help him achieve increased energy levels. We reside in Civil Lines Agra and prefer online classes to maintain a consistent schedule. A key requirement for this engagement is that the trainer must be able to provide a certification of completion upon finishing the course.
